1. Removing Race Orb items (still not removed from our database, it turned into Apple item, you can drop it if you want to).
2. Changing Biolab Instance quest reward progression. after killing the MvP in the instance, there will be 3 minutes duration until Wolchev Reward NPC disappears.
3. Donation Upper Headgears are refineable.
4. All monsters now will drop Excellence Prize item (0.1% chance).
5. Evolve Bonus Duration's variable is now applied (check our Advanced Race System: Evolve Mode thread).

In case you don't know, revamped skills in the past were:
- Sling item - Adding 4s skill Cooldown.
- Full Throttle - Revamping skill Cooldown to 210s.
- Body Relocation - Adding 0.5s skill Cooldown.
- Reducing Tiger Cannon, Dragon Breath, and Dragon Breath Water skill's damage output by 25%.
- Dragon Breath and Dragon Breath Water skill's No VCT (Variable cast time) stat requirement is increased from 530 to 700, making cast item reductions like Tower Keeper card, Dark Illusion card, Beelzebub card, etc work ineffectively. In other words, the only way to reduce its cast is that you have to increase your INT and DEX stats. Seems complicated, but our purpose was quite simple. For balance purposes, we were making Pure DB type RKs easier to be affected by Masquerade skills since they cannot replace the INT and DEX stats with cast reduction items to increase other stats, which serve as Masquerade skills's resistance.
- Dragon Breath and Dragon Breath Water skill's FCT (Fixed cast time) dynamically change depending on its VCT (not in fixed 0.5s like official). It had been tested that 0.25s FCT (with Sacrament buff) and 0s FCT would serve the same number of DBs spammed in 20s due to its skill animation.
