You can contact any GM or any Sub GM ingame, or just create a thread in this Sub Forum 
For any ingame bug you find which hasn't existed in our Report List, you will get appropriate reward at the moment it's fixed. (You will be informed!)
If it's a bug regarding program or client side error, please contact the Head GM directly via e-mail: excellence.ragnarok@yahoo.co.id
Also don't forget to provide the screenshot
Ingame Bug Fixing On Progress:
- Weapon Mastery/WI causes output damage to increase to 2x after using buffer NPC (in addition it will also increase some of your stats), but it will be normal after using/receiving other skills that affects stats or moving to different map
- Clearance skill doesn't work against monsters
- Magnetic Field skill has no effect
- Old Glast Heim Memorial Instance's monsters and items are not implemented yet
P.S:
You can always speak in Indonesian, considering this server's origin is in Indonesia. But we will always replying your report in English because there are not just Indonesians in this community ^^
