Hello EXPRO! 
Here's the category of maintenance based on priority, which things to do first and which things that can wait:
1. What's New
This leads to any changes and addition in our server's feature and system. The customization is what makes our server different than other, our identity.
2. Bug Fixing
This is based on any bugs we found and any bugs reported by users in Bug Report Thread. We'll help to fix as quickly as possible.
3. Customization Revamping
Any customization we've made may also affects the gameplay value in negative ways, just in case we miscalculate something. This will stabilize our new server's feature and system.
4. Class Balancing
This is based on Protest Thread posted by users regarding imbalance things between classes. It can be due to our Customization or even Official things.
5. Suggestions
All the important things are done, players then may able to participate in our What's New project. Just post what you think in our Comments and Suggestions Thread.
So players, now you guys know more of what's going on behind the scene, especially our maintenance process in-game.
